Stramm held his head. "I can assure you that I am quite alright Hugo. Stop fretting be more like Durr here and be useful. Herr Durr I am sorry for leaving as fast as I arrived but sadly I must get some rest as this migraine is very painful I would very much like it if you would contact me in the next few days at my office. Bring your free friend if you chose to show her that Germany is not the monster maker that American propaganda makes it out to be." And with that Stramm gathered his family and bodyguards and departed. "Oh before I go I am going to leave you some of my men and here take this" Stramm handed Durr a ring with a Red Cross on it. "This is the mark of our order as long as you wear this you will be protected. Oh and here" Stramm handed him several thousand dutchemarks. "Think of it as a raise and congratulations lieutenant. Now remember we reward loyalty. And with that I must be off." Stramm departed for his home.

Durr was... stunned. There was no other word for it, and Durr was used to dealing with rather stunning events on a regular basis.

Soon enough, he got his thoughts together, "Thank you, sir, this means more than I could express." There was a lot he'd have to ponder over later, but that was later. In the mean time, he escorted his superior, his family, and other members of his entourage out of their home, making it feel breathable once again.

Now that he was alone, he carefully studied the ring, taking in its simple design. To think, such a seemingly insignificant item could carry such a weight with it, tying him into a vast network. With luck, this would be the key to everyone's survival, if not a prevention of such atrocities that he had seen from repeating themselves once more. He slipped the ring on.

Speaking of Stramm, he did want to take Violet out to see Germany- all of Germany, both her highs and her lows, as much as would be possible. He had the resources, easily, now to just calculate the execution.

He started with Violet herself, "Violet, how are you fairing?" He hoped she was alright, between making an overseas journey, tracking a place to stay, and interacting with unexpected NAZI house guests all in one evening. Even Camilla was already put to bed by Frau Durr.

"Please, just call me Rebecca... At least in private. I'm still confused about everything that's happened in the last few days. Where will I be sleeping tonight?"
