What about a modern thread?

I am talking current times it would be a neat idea I think and we could go back the last like twenty years or so if you need historical context. I think I could make that work. And I think it would give way to more imaginative threads.

It could encompass the assassin/Templar feud. And it could use anything from corporate espionage to any of the last wars. The sky really is the limit hell we could use the influence that the super corporations have on the masses. Just about anything.
