Subject Name: Arkwright, Charlton K.
Born: July 11, 1799 in York, Upper Canada (modern day Toronto, Ontario)
Profession: Assassin
I was digging around in Abstergo's database when I found this one. There doesn't appear to be a lot of information on him. It only says that he lost his family in the Battle of York and joined the Assassins. It does however mention that he killed Oliver Hazard Perry, who was not a Templar or Templar affiliate. Now, Oliver's brother Matthew was a Templar, but he didn't join them until much later.
He drops off of the record for a few decades. His name doesn't come up again until he arrived in Japan in the 1850s when he mentored the legendary Washio Tsume.
